Getting My Vision Corrected

One day, after struggling at work for quite awhile, a friend of mine asked me if I was having trouble seeing. After thinking about it for a few minutes, I realized that it was hard to concentrate because everything was a touch blurry in my left eye. I decided that since it probably wasn't normal, I should meet with an optometrist. After a thorough eye exam, the doctor informed me that my left eye had some near-sightedness, and that I needed glasses or contacts to correct the problem.
